A message from our Artist:

Thank you for your purchase. We make every effort to craft the highest quality hand-crafted lure for our customers. However on occasion there could be a slight flaw in the paint under the epoxy which has no effect on the lure's ability to catch fish. Since we don't mass-produce our lures with a machine it is virtually impossible to make a 'perfect' hand-made lure.
Also, the lure you purchased is the exact lure pictured on the website. Sometimes pictures do not reflect the exact colors. After you receive your order if you are not completely satisfied please contact us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check the payment method or bank account used to make the purchase as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account. Contact your bank or credit card company to learn of any pending refunds that may be on your account.

If there are no pending transfers and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@wayneos.com and provide your name, order number, and a brief description of your claim.
